Frog in wine bottles

A woman in the United Kingdom is supposedly supermarket sued the giant ASDA after allegedly a frog in a bottle of wine was bought at one of their business. Isolde Beesley of Leicestershire, said small frog from a bottle of wine Moscatel de Valencia Spanish fell like you with a family celebration poured a glass.

Claims, have suffered from stomach pain since the incident on December 26th 2009 occurred and pursued as such reported a claim for compensation, Decanter Magazine.

Currently ASDA removes the wine from the shelves while there is a study durchgeführt.Frau Beesley's Attorney, Michael Connor of TPS solicitors, said that ASDA 'required by the sale of goods Act to ensure that the wine was suitable to drink'. He added that the fact that the wine appeared to be a dead frog contained it unfit for human consumption made it clear.
