Frog in wine bottles

A woman in the United Kingdom is supposedly supermarket suing, giant ASDA, after you supposedly a frog in a bottle of wine found in one shopping purchased. Isolde Beesley of Leicestershire, said small frog from a bottle of wine Moscatel de Valencia Spanish fell like you with a family celebration poured a glass.

Claims, have suffered from stomach pain since the incident on December 26th 2009 occurred and pursued as such reported a claim for compensation, Decanter Magazine.

Currently ASDA removes the wine from the shelves while there is a study durchgeführt.Frau Beesley's Attorney, Michael Connor of TPS solicitors, said that ASDA 'under a duty of the sale of goods Act to ensure that the wine was suitable to drink'. He added that the fact that the wine appeared to be a dead frog contained it unfit for consumption made it clear.
