The Mountain from "Game of Thrones" is a very large man but he's trying to get even bigger as he prepares for the World's Strongest Man competition. The man behind the character Hafþór JúlÃus Björnsson recently revealed the diet plan he's using to try and bulk up and it's seriously the most insane diet ever.
If youâre a Game of Thrones fan, you probably know about Hafþór JúlÃus Björnsson (âThorâ for short), who plays Gregor âThe Mountainâ Clegane.

Heâs a very large man.

Today he posted his diet plan for the upcoming Worldâs Strongest Man competition, and itâs INSANE.

Eight large eggs is roughly 600 calories, plus another 775 calories for 200 grams of oats.

Add in the blueberries and strawberries and what weâre assuming is one whole avocado, and you have another 300â"500 calories or so.
400 grams of beef is a 14-ounce steak, which is about 1,000 calories.

He eats 400 grams of sweet potato along with that, which is about another 350 calories. The âhandful of spinach and greensâ weâll just say is negligible.
Toss in a handful of almonds (probably about one cup, since he has huge hands), and you have a grand total of roughly 4,300 calories BEFORE NOON.

He eats slightly larger portions later in the day, so his grand total is somewhere around 10,000 calories.
Apparently thatâs what you gotta eat to do this:
